COMPLAINT BOOK

With the entry into force of Decree-Law No. 74/2017 of June 21, the Complaints Book became available online. The Complaints Book, in any of its formats, including its online version available on July 1, 2017, is one of the instruments that makes it easier to exercise the right of complaint to the consumer, allowing you to present your complaints either in the places of the online platform of the Online Complaints Book.
