Children and extra beds:Children of any age are welcome.
1 child below 13 years stay free sharing the existing bed.
In terms of rates, this accommodation considers children aged 13 and over as adults.
If you are traveling with children, and in order to ensure you pay the correct price, please select a fare that has the specified child occupancy.
Extra bed on request and an extra charge of €25 per person per night applies
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
There is no capacity for cots at this property.
The maximum number of extra beds allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you selected.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability and request via reservas@hotelsmamede.com

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please check the room conditions when selecting your room above.
Non refundable rate: The hotel will charge the total amount during the reservation. and this payment is not subject a refund. If cancelled or in case of no show 100% of the Booking will be charged.
Standard Rate: If cancell up to 3 days before the check-in, no fee will be applied. If cancell after that or in case of no show, we will charge the total fee for the reservation.
Please note that as of the 7th of April 2017 a city tax of EUR 2 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 14 per guest.
Please note that extra beds are available upon request.
Breakfast service has a set menu, but other items may be available. Guests wishing for other dishes or on a specific diet should contact the property directly for availability and extra costs (iff applicable).
For invoice purposes, guests should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box and send to reservas@hotelsmamede.com when booking. Once it made, will be not possible to make any amendment on it.

The property and/or the reservation service provider, reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. According to reservation conditions (i.e.: non refundable and fully prepaid reservations, or rates where a deposit is paid at time of reservation to guarantee the reservation), the property and/or the reservation service provider, reserve the right to charge in advance, the credit card provided during the reservation process.

Privacy and Personal Data Policy - applicable to Users of this Hospitality Business when making a reservation

Data Controller (we): The Hospitality Business which will provide to you, the user, the requested service. Our identification and contact details are available on the website you used to make your reservation / to pose your questions to us. They will also appear on our invoice which we'll send to you.

Data Compliance Officer: Not applicable to Data Controllers' activities.

User: You, who filled-in the reservation form or any other documentation related to it.

Purpose: The purpose of processing the data provided through this form is to manage the reservations made by you, user and/or to answer to the questions / requests you posed.

Legal basis:
- Either the need to perform our contract with you, user / the need to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- Or the consent of you, the user, by ticking in the box of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of which this Privacy and Personal Data Policy is an integral part.

Duration: We will store the data provided by you, the user, during the time necessary for the management of the reservation you made, as well as of the accommodation services you requested. Once the management is finished, your data will be kept for six (6) months. If you consent to receive marketing and/or commercial information, your data will be stored until you revoke your consent.

Data subjects different from the users: Where you, user, provide us with personal data pertaining to a different data subject from yourself, you are responsible for such acts as well as for obtaining the respective consent of such data subjects for the provisioning of their data.

Transfer of Data: We shall not transfer personal data to a third country outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

Data Subject Rights: Data Subjects can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending an email or through the postal service to the contact details on our reservation website and on our invoices.
