Failure to comply with the departure time may result in appropriate measures being taken to vacate the room. In the event that the guest does not vacate the room by the check-out time and is not present in the room, the hotel reserves the right to allocate the guest's belongings in the reception or other suitable place under the supervision of the Manager or Person in Charge. If you choose to extend your stay, you must ask reception at least 24 hours in advance. If there is availability, you can be attended.
WIFI:
Wi-fi internet is complimentary and depends on the technical availability of a third-party company. If you experience instabilities, turn your device's Wi-Fi on and off (inside the room) to reconnect to the best tower (signal) in your room. If it persists, notify reception. We will do our best to restore the service, depending on the technical availability of an external company.
Breakfast: From 08:00h to 10:30h Included in the rate.
ROOM CLEANING: From 08:00h to 14:00h
Cleaning with the guest in the room is not allowed, the unit must be vacated for cleaning. If the guest refuses to leave the room, cleaning cannot be carried out.
BEDDING AND BATHLINE - SPECIAL CARE
We ask for special care with bed and bath linen. Makeup, sunscreen, tattoos, blood and other products damage and make towels and sheets unusable, damaged items will be charged at check-out. Do not use the face towel as a mat. If you need it, ask for extra towels or mat at reception (charged separately).
LAW OF SILENCE: From 22:00h to 08:00h
We ask for everyone's collaboration between 22:00h and 08:00h to maintain silence in order to guarantee comfort and rest to all hotel guests. Infractions, non-compliance or disrespect may result in the room being vacated without refund.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS OR IN THE INTERIOR FACILITIES OF THE HOTEL
AVOID LOSING YOUR KEY, LEAVE IT AT THE RECEPTION WHEN LEAVING THE HOTEL
While you enjoy the beach, leave the key at reception to avoid losing it. The loss of the key will result in a charge of €2 for making a copy of the key.
HELP THE ENVIRONMENT, SAVE!
When leaving the room, turn off the lights, TV, air conditioning and fan. Make sure the faucet is not open or dripping. If your towel is clean, it is hanging on the towel rack, if you want to be replaced, leave a towel on the floor.
The environment thanks you and your economy helps us to practice lower prices. When going to the beach, bring your trash with you.

We are in front of the sea, an extremely brackish place, with this equipment such as TV, shower, routers, etc., suffering severe degradation due to the sea air. If something in your room does not work, please notify the reception to solve the problem before reporting it on social networks or review sites. Be honest. We are here 24/7 to better serve you.
